We are more than just an online betting site. 188bet is a community built on trust, transparency and a genuine commitment to a fun and responsible player experience — from the very first day we launched to today.
Since first launching over a decade ago, 188bet has grown into one of the most trusted names in the online entertainment industry in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. Our journey began with a simple yet ambitious goal — to build a platform that genuinely puts the player experience above everything else.
From sports betting covering local and international leagues, a live casino with real dealers, slots from world-class providers, to esports that is growing in popularity among Malaysia's younger generation — everything can be found under one roof at 188bet.
What sets us apart from the competition is not just the breadth of our game selection. It is how we listen, respond and continuously improve the platform based on real player feedback. Every system update, every new game addition and every withdrawal process improvement is the direct result of conversations with the 188bet player community.
188bet operates under a valid license and is regulated by an authorized body. All gaming activities are conducted fairly using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by third-party audit organizations.
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player — regardless of their background or level of gaming experience.
To become the number one online entertainment platform in Malaysia and Southeast Asia — known not only for the breadth of game choices, but also for trust and integrity that has never been questioned.
Trust, fairness, transparency and responsibility — these four values are not mere slogans on our office wall. They guide every decision we make, from the smallest technical detail to our most significant platform policies.
Players are not just numbers in our system. Every account belongs to an individual who comes to us to have fun, and we are responsible for ensuring that experience remains positive and safe at all times.
Not just claims — here are the real reasons why more than three million players choose 188bet as their platform of choice.
Every transaction and player personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banking institutions. Your account is safe with us, day and night.
From sports betting on the Malaysia Super League to slots from Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming, the 188bet Game Lobby offers more than 500 titles constantly updated with the latest content from world-class providers.

We understand that accessing your winnings is what matters most. Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed within 10–15 minutes, with no hidden fees across all methods.

The 188bet support team is available to assist you at any time — day or night, weekdays or weekends. Reach us via live chat in the app or on the website for immediate assistance in Bahasa Melayu.
Every great company begins with a single first step. For 188bet, that step started with a unanimous decision from our founding team — to build something better, more transparent and fairer than anything already on the market.
The 188bet platform launched with a primary focus on Sports Betting — offering football, basketball and tennis markets with competitive odds for Southeast Asian players.
188bet expanded its platform by adding a live casino section — offering baccarat, roulette and blackjack with real dealers via high-quality video streaming.
Recognizing the trend of players shifting to smartphones, 188bet launched its mobile app for Android and iOS — making the platform fully accessible from your pocket.
A comprehensive VIP loyalty program was launched — recognising active players with cashback, higher withdrawal limits and dedicated personal account manager services.
188bet today offers full esports coverage including MLBB MPL Malaysia, Dota 2 and CS2 — reflecting the platform's continued evolution in step with the interests of Malaysian players.
In an industry that sometimes earns a negative reputation for certain reasons, 188bet consciously chooses to operate differently. The trust you place in us is not something we take lightly — and here are the concrete commitments we uphold:
All 188bet games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently verified by third-party audit bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random — no manipulation, no outside interests.
Your personal information is never shared, sold or used for any purpose other than managing your account at 188bet. Our privacy policy is clear and fully readable on our website.
Every promotion and bonus we offer comes with terms that are clear, fair and easy to understand. We do not believe in impossible rollover requirements or fine print designed to mislead players.
Your winnings are yours. 188bet is committed to processing every valid withdrawal request within the promised timeframe — without unreasonable excuses or unnecessary delays.
We recognize that for a small number of individuals, online gaming can present serious challenges. That is why 188bet actively invests in tools and resources to ensure our platform is used in a healthy and responsible way by all members.
Our platform provides self-set wagering limits, forced break options, and information on support organisations you can reach if you or someone you know needs help. We also enforce strict age restrictions — the 188bet platform is for users aged 18 and above only.
