You're more than just a regular player. At 188bet, every ringgit you spend brings you closer to a VIP tier that offers exclusive privileges — from personalized bonuses to a dedicated account manager ready to assist you 24 hours a day.
The 188bet VIP Program is more than just a standard rewards points system. It's genuine recognition for players who have made 188bet their platform of choice — our way of thanking you for your loyalty in a way that truly matters.
Unlike loyalty programs on other platforms that only offer small bonuses with frustrating conditions, the 188bet VIP program is built on transparency and fairness. Every deposit and gaming activity you make earns XP points that are calculated automatically. When your points reach the next tier threshold, your upgrade happens automatically — no application or approval required.
The program covers five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each with an increasingly attractive set of privileges. The higher your tier, the greater your cashback bonus, the higher your withdrawal limit, and the more personalised the service you receive.
XP points are calculated based on total valid wagers — not just deposits. This ensures only active players advance, making the 188bet VIP program more meaningful and rewarding. Full terms can be found at Terms and Conditions ours.
Every tier brings greater privileges. Start at Bronze and keep upgrading automatically.

Every VIP tier comes with a set of benefits designed specifically to enhance your playing experience. Here are the key privileges awaiting 188bet VIP members:
Earn automatic cashback every week based on your total wagering amount. The higher your tier, the greater the percentage returned to your account every Monday.
Platinum and Diamond members enjoy a dedicated account manager assigned exclusively to you — someone who knows your account personally and is available to reach at any time.
VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits than standard accounts — meaning your big wins can be cashed out in a single transaction without having to make multiple withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests from Gold VIP members and above are processed with priority — typically within 15 minutes or less, compared to the longer processing times of a standard account.
188bet never forgets your special day. Silver members and above receive a surprise birthday bonus every year — the amount varies based on your current VIP tier.
Gold members and above are eligible for exclusive invitations to slots, baccarat, and esports tournaments held specifically for VIP members — with additional prizes not available to regular players.
The VIP upgrade process at 188bet is straightforward and transparent — no manual applications, no approvals to wait for. Just follow these steps:
If you don't have an account yet, register for free. The sign-up process takes less than three minutes and your account is active immediately. All new players are automatically placed at Bronze tier.
Every valid wager you place earns XP points. Deposits, sports betting, slot games, live casino, and table games all contribute to your XP.
Track your XP progress under the "VIP Profile" section in your account. The dashboard shows exactly how much more XP you need to reach the next tier.
When your XP points reach the next tier threshold, your upgrade happens automatically. You'll receive an in-app notification and a congratulatory email with details of your new privileges.
All privileges of your new tier activate immediately after an upgrade — cashback is recalculated, withdrawal limits are updated, and your account manager (where applicable) will reach out to you shortly after.
Many players new to the 188bet VIP program often ask — is it really any different from being a regular player? The answer is yes — and the difference is especially noticeable once you reach Platinum or Diamond tier.
Imagine you've just won big in a live baccarat match and want to withdraw your winnings. As a regular player, you might wait several hours or even a full day. As a Platinum or Diamond VIP member at 188bet, your withdrawal request is processed within 15 minutes or less — even at midnight or on weekends.
Your VIP account manager is far more than a standard customer service rep. They know your playing profile, understand the types of promotions you're interested in, and will proactively reach out when a relevant offer comes up — before you even have to ask. It's a genuinely personalised service that stands apart from other platforms.
After years of playing across various platforms, the 188bet VIP Program is the most transparent and rewarding one I've ever joined. Weekly cashback, a consistently responsive manager — this isn't just promises on paper.
Your VIP status is protected — 188bet applies a fair review period and will not downgrade players without clear notice. If you are inactive for a certain period, the system will notify you before any changes take effect. Your data privacy is fully protected — read Privacy Policy ours.
